Sri Hanuman Enterprises – Mobiles and Electronics Store

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and usage of the “Premium Black Card” offered by Sri Hanuman Enterprises. By purchasing this membership, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

Minimum Purchase Requirement: To be eligible to purchase the Premium Black Card, the customer must make a minimum purchase of ₹10,000 (Single Invoice) at Sri Hanuman Enterprises.

Membership Cost: The Premium Black Card is available at a special price of ₹999 (inclusive of applicable taxes) upon meeting the minimum purchase requirement.

2. Core Membership Benefits

Holders of the Premium Black Card are entitled to the following benefits for a period of 3 Years from the date of issuance:

3 Complimentary Gifts: Provided as per store availability and policy.

3 Years Complimentary Screen Guard: Replacement service for the registered device.

3 Years Premium Services: Includes software and maintenance support as detailed in Section 3.

3. Premium Service Points (Scope of Work)

The Premium Services included with this card cover the following maintenance tasks:

Handset external cleaning and sanitizing.

Official Software/Firmware updates.

Malware and Virus removal.

Removal of unnecessary APKs, bloatware, and junk files to improve performance.

4. Liability Disclaimers (Important)

By handing over the device for service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Data Loss: Sri Hanuman Enterprises is NOT responsible for any data loss (contacts, photos, videos, messages, apps, etc.) that may occur during servicing, software updates, or formatting. Customers are strictly advised to back up their data before visiting the store.

Physical Damage: We are NOT responsible for any physical damage to the device (hardware issues, screen cracks, body damage) that occurs or is identified during the service process.

Remote Assistance: If the customer requests Remote Assistance, they agree to allow our technicians to control their device remotely. Sri Hanuman Enterprises is NOT responsible for any data breach, personal loss, or errors resulting from remote access sessions.

5. Standby Device Policy

In the event that a customer’s device requires a long service duration, a Standby Device may be provided.

Availability: Standby devices are subject to current stock availability. We do not guarantee a specific model or brand as a standby unit.

6. Redemption Rules

Mandatory Documents: To avail of Screen Guard replacements, Gifts, or Services, the customer MUST present the physical Loyalty Black Card and the Original Invoice.

Non-Transferable: This card is valid only for the device/customer registered at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred to another person.

7. Loyalty Discount (15%)

Premium Black Card holders are eligible for a 15% Loyalty Discount on future purchases.

Conditions: This discount is applicable ONLY on selected brands and accessories as decided by Sri Hanuman Enterprises. It does not apply to all products in the store.

8. General Provisions

Modification Rights: Sri Hanuman Enterprises reserves the full right to alter, modify, suspend, or cancel this offer or any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from this membership are subject to the final decision of the store management.
